You will be resp. for promoting our staffing svcs., building strong client relationships, & driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: ? Mktg. Strategy & Execution: ? Devel. & implement comprehensive mktg. plans to enhance brand awareness & drive lead generation. ? Utilize digital mktg., content creation, email campaigns, & social media to reach target audiences. ? Analyze mktg. data & KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness & make data-driven decisions. ? Sales Leadership: ? Lead & motivate sales team to achieve & exceed sales targets. ? F. culture of continuous improvement, training, & devel. within sales team. ? Devel. & implement sales strategies & tactics to acquire new clients & expand existing relationships. ? Client Relationship Mgmt.: ? Build & maint. strong relationships w/ key clients & strategic partners. ? Understand client needs, industry trends, & competition to identify opportunities for growth & expansion. ? Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service & spt.. ? Mkt. Research & Analysis: ? Stay up-to-date w/ industry trends & mkt. conditions to identify potential opportunities & threats. ? Conduct mkt. research & competitive analysis to inform business strategies. ? Budget Mgmt.: ? Devel. & manage mktg. & sales budgets, ensuring efficient alloc. of resources. ? Monitor expenses & track R. to optimize mktg. & sales spend. Qualifications: ? Bachelor's deg. of Science in Mktg. bus., or related field (M. is optional). ? Proven 5 yrs. of exp. in mktg. leadership roles, preferably in staffing or HR industry. ? Strong understanding of digital mktg., lead generation, & sales pipeline mgmt.. ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, & negotiation skills. ? Analytical mindset w/ ability to use data to drive decision-making. ? Proven ability to meet & exceed sales targets. ? Leadership & team mgmt. skills. ? Proficiency in CRM software & mktg. tools. ?
